Garrigues acts for Sonae Sierra on LeiriaShopping sale

Garrigues advised the Sierra Portugal – a real estate fund managed by Sonae Sierra –  on the sale of shopping centre LeiriaShopping.

The deal was valued at €128 million.

The Garrigues team was led by partner Jorge Gonçalves (pictured) and included senior associate Miguel Menezes da Silva.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sonae Sierra will continue to be responsible for the management of the shopping center, which is located in Leiria, Portugal.
