GA_P with Hayfin on Condis Supermercats €305M financing
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Hayfin Capital Management on the financing provided to Condis Supermercats, a supermarket chain in which Portobello Capital and its management team hold a stake. The transaction, totalling €305 million, was structured as a seven-year loan of €275 million and an additional credit facility of €30 million, intended to refinance the company’s existing debt and strengthen its financial structure.
The transaction has enabled Condis to optimise its financing and carry out a reorganisation of its shareholding structure, against a backdrop of solid business performance in recent years.
