Mariscal advises Trescal on SAICA, Airvento deals
Mariscal Abogados has advised Trescal, a provider of calibration and metrology services, on the acquisition of SAICA and the Validation & Qualification business unit of Airvento. The transactions add operations in Andalusia (Cádiz), Galicia (Vigo) and Madrid, aiming at strengthening its capabilities for the aerospace and life sciences sectors across the Iberian Peninsula.
By integrating SAICA and Airvento’s business unit, Trescal provides pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and aerospace manufacturers with a single accredited partner for calibration, qualification, and validation.
The legal team at Mariscal Abogados was led by corporate law partner José María Mesa, alongside Rosario Rodríguez and José Luis Díez, which supported Trescal throughout the legal structuring, due diligence, and execution of these acquisitions.
