GA_P advises ZEmobility on VGMobility merger
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) acted as legal counsel under Spanish law to ZEmobility on its merger with VGMobility. ZEmobility is an electric mobility platform jointly owned by DigitalBridge and Aberdeen Investments.
GA_P worked alongside Simpson Thacher & Bartlett on the transaction. ZEmobility operates 2,800 electric buses in Colombia and Chile. VGMobility is a similar platform, with 2,600 vehicles in the same countries.
The merged company will continue to operate under the ZEmobility brand. It is positioning itself as a sustainable public transport operator in Latin America.
