Fils appoints María Rodrigo Muro new corporate partner
Fils has appointed María Rodrigo Muro as a new partner in its corporate department, marking a significant milestone as the firm’s first career-track partner. At just 30 years old, María Rodrigo steps into this role with the goal of further strengthening the firm’s advisory services in private equity, entrepreneurship, and M&A at a national level.
With previous experience as in-house counsel at Glovo, Rodrigo serves as company secretary for multiple tech companies and has extensive expertise in M&A transactions and advising venture capital funds and founders.
She holds a Law degree from the Open University of Catalonia and a Business Administration degree from Pompeu Fabra University. In addition to her legal practice, María has been a lecturer at prestigious institutions, including Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid.
With this appointment, Fils now has seven partners across its Barcelona and Madrid offices, reinforcing its commitment to talent development and expertise in corporate law.
