Adela Carballido joins Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia
Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia law firm has appointed Adela Carballido Sayago as its new Director of Human Resources. In her new role, Adela will be responsible for developing the talent of the firm’s more than 300 professionals nationwide.
With over 25 years of experience in the field, Adela will lead the firm’s talent strategy, fostering growth and strengthening a work environment built on excellence and collaboration.
Prior to joining the law firm, Carballido held key positions at Abengoa, Iturri, and Ecovalia, where she led strategic projects in people management, labor relations, and organizational development. Her deep sector knowledge and strategic vision will be instrumental in further reinforcing the firm’s team.
