Fieldfisher reaches 16.3 million euros
Fieldfisher closes 2024 with a turnover of 16.3 million euros, 18% more than the previous year. This growth is due to an increase in services to international clients, which exceeded 20% of turnover, and to internal cross-selling. “From Fieldfisher we encourage collaboration between partners and teams because only through teamwork we will achieve excellence in service to our clients and the success of the firm”, explains Héctor Jausàs, president of Fieldfisher.
Talent
In line with the development of the internal business, at the end of 2024, Jacobo Otero, Banking and Finance partner, and Javier Galán, Real Estate partner, were promoted to quota partner. In addition, during 2024, there were several signings aimed at expanding different practice areas: Javier Cuairán, partner of Criminal and Compliance, Adriana Lafuente and Pablo Vinageras, both partners of Corporate M&A, Víctor Morán, partner of Tech&Data and Xavier Aixelà, partner of Tax.
Revealing at the top of the board
At the end of 2024 Fieldfisher, as a result of the firm’s own growth and evolution, changed its board of directors, after Jordi Ruiz de Villa‘s mandate since 2020. Within the framework of talent, from a team standpoint, the number of lawyers has grown from 91 to 101 fee earners with a growth of 11%. “One of our strategic priorities is to be attractive in attracting talent” explains Talmac Bel.
Sectorial

New management focused on internationalization and talent
The company is facing a period of transformation that will redefine its business model, with talent and internationalization as key strategic axes. With a firm commitment to quality, innovation and expansion, the new management team is focusing on the sophistication of services, ensuring that professionals, clients and sustainability continue to be the core of its development.
Fieldfisher plans to continue on the path of growth that has marked these last years and also in the framework of talent in which they foresee the incorporation of 4 more partners during 2025 that will add value to the firm.
