EY Abogados advises Miura Partners on Sabseg deal
EY Abogados has advised Miura Partners on a continuation fund transaction involving Next Insurance, the insurance brokerage previously known as Sabseg Group. The deal, closed in Madrid, involved the acquisition of a stake in Next Insurance by Miura’s continuation vehicle, alongside new investment commitments from the company’s partners aimed at supporting the group’s growth.
The transaction saw Miura Partners’ continuation fund take a position in Next Insurance, with the firm’s existing partners also committing fresh capital to back the group’s expansion plans.
EY Abogados’ team provided advice throughout the negotiation and execution phases of the deal, working on the contractual documentation and coordinating between the various parties involved in the transaction.
