Deloitte advises Eroski on Petroprix sale
Deloitte has advised Eroski Group in connection with the sale of its service station business to Petroprix, a transaction that will expand the fuel retailer’s presence across Spain.
The deal involves the transfer of 40 service stations located across Andalucía, Aragón, Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Galicia, the Balearic Islands, La Rioja, Navarra and the Basque Country.
Within the transaction, Deloitte Legal advised on the tax structuring aspects and provided Vendor Due Diligence services, while Deloitte Transactions supported the process through its Corporate Finance and Transaction Services teams. The mandate was delivered through a coordinated approach aligned with Deloitte’s End-to-End M&A strategy.
The teams
