EY Abogados advises Anzen on Izertis stake sale
EY Abogados has advised the founding partners of Anzen Aerospace, a Spanish engineering firm, on the sale of a majority stake to Izertis, a listed technology company.
The transaction sees Anzen Aerospace, which provides specialised engineering services for the aerospace and defence sectors, join a listed technology group as part of a new phase of growth.
The team
The EY Abogados team advising on the deal was led by Francisco Silván, Partner in the Corporate M&A practice, together with Elsa Puentes Hernández, Senior Manager, and Manuel Hidalgo Aguado, Senior, both also from the Corporate M&A department.
