José Luis Pérez-Campoamor joins KPMG Abogados as partner

José Luis Pérez-Campoamor has joined the the regulatory, administrative and competition practice at KPMG Abogados, as partner. He joins from CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo.

With more than 20 years’ experience advising on administrative law matters, he has a particular focus on M&A transactions and financing in regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure, defence, transport, telecommunications and the environment, among others. He also has extensive experience advising companies on legislative projects, corporate transactions and sanctioning proceedings, combining strong technical expertise with a practical, business-oriented approach.
