Ex-Clifford Chance Spain managing partner joins Ontier

The former managing partner of Clifford Chance in Spain, Ignacio Ojanguren, has joined Ontier.

Ojanguren will have the title international president at Ontier, a role previously occupied by Adolfo Suárez.

Ojanguren was a partner at Clifford Chance from 1994 to 2001, and managing partner of the firm’s Spain operation from 2001 to 2013.

His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, and he has advised a number of major listed companies, financial institutions and funds.

After leaving Clifford Chance, Ojanguren founded the ‘Lateral’ restaurant business.
