Eversheds Sutherland gets Aenor D&I certificate

The Spanish office of Eversheds Sutherland has obtained Aenor’s Diversity and Inclusion Management System (SGD&I) certification, issued under the ISO 30415 standard. The certificate covers the firm’s talent policies, its communications and its relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The certification validates the inclusive management of diversity in the firm’s internal policies for attracting, developing and retaining talent. It also covers the firm’s communications and its dealings with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Eversheds Sutherland said the certification “reinforces a value that shapes its culture and way of working. It comes as managing diverse talent has become a strategic issue for the legal sector”.
