Eversheds Sutherland advises MDSR on sale
Eversheds Sutherland Spain has advised MDSR on the sale of a portfolio of nine Mercadona supermarkets located across several autonomous communities in Spain. The transaction comprises more than 15,000 square metres of retail space spread across Catalonia, Aragon, Andalusia, Asturias, Navarre and Extremadura. The portfolio has been acquired by Sonae Sierra through the Hahn Sierra Food Retail Fonds.
