Evergreen Legal advises Vecta Partners on LICO Cosmetics
Evergreen Legal has advised private equity firm Vecta Partners on its investment in LICO Cosmetics, a Spanish dermocosmetics company.
Vecta Partners is a private equity investor focused on mid-market companies in the Iberian Peninsula, with an investment strategy centred on operational value creation. Through this investment, the firm seeks to support LICO Cosmetics in expanding its presence and accelerating its growth trajectory in international markets.
Evergreen Legal advised Vecta Partners throughout the structuring and execution of the transaction until completion.
The team
