Evergreen Legal marks 10th anniversary
Evergreen Legal has marked its tenth anniversary with an event in Madrid attended by around 200 clients, legal professionals and members of the firm’s team, as the Spanish firm celebrates a decade of growth and expansion.
Founded in 2016 by three partners with a strong transactional focus, Evergreen Legal has evolved over the past ten years into a full-service firm with more than 30 professionals and nine partners. The firm advises national and international companies on a range of strategic and multidisciplinary matters.
The anniversary comes after a year of continued growth for the firm. Evergreen Legal closed 2025 with revenues of €5.2 million, representing a 29% increase compared with the previous year.
Over the past decade, the firm has progressively broadened its offering beyond its initial transactional focus. Its current practice covers banking & finance, corporate/M&A, real estate, tax, employment, litigation and arbitration.
The firm has advised international investment funds, financial institutions and multinational companies across a range of transactions and contentious and advisory matters. In 2025 alone, Evergreen Legal was involved in more than 60 transactions and other matters, serving an active client base of more than 50 companies.
The anniversary event in Madrid brought together clients and professionals from across the legal market, alongside the firm’s current team, to mark the firm’s development since its foundation.
