ETL Global has incorporated Sevillian law firm Nertis to consolidate its growth in Andalusia and Extremadura

According to the media, ABC de Sevilla and, as Iberian Lawyer confirmed, Sevillian law firm Nertis and the German firm ETL Global have recently completed the integration process that began five years ago. This union of forces means that the local firm, which counts among its ranks on the jurist Antonio Moreno Andrade as of counsel, retains its personality, but at the same time forms part of a group in constant expansion, with more than 1,400 professionals in Spain, one hundred offices spread throughout the national territory and covering all the specialities of Legal, Tax, Management and Audit advice, aimed at companies and individuals.

The integration of Nertis in ETL Global makes the Andalusian capital a key element in the expansion of the German group, with the idea that from the offices of the Seville office, located on Avenida de la Palmera, the growth of the project will be consolidated throughout Andalusia and Extremadura. According to the agreement reached, Manuel Salinero, current managing partner, and his partners Juan Bautista and Álvaro Moreno will lead the development of the office. The aim is to significantly increase turnover in the south of Spain, starting with the capital city of Seville, combining the experience accumulated within the group.

The investment will be used to expand the brand, with new alliances and increasing human resources, prioritising the recruitment of young talent, as well as the implementation of new technologies applied to the provision of professional services.

Manuel Salinero, who will become president of the Sevillian firm, emphasised that: “the incorporation of a financial partner is a natural step in the evolution of professional companies that aspire to continue to grow and take advantage of the opportunities for concentration in the sector to offer a better service to our clients.”

Juan Bautista, who will perform the functions of Secretary of the Board and CEO in the brand, said: “The incorporation of Nertis into ETL Global is another step forward in the strategy of sustainable growth followed by the German consultancy group in Spain, thus integrating into its structure a multidisciplinary office in the south of Spain, with the aim of offering small and medium-sized companies comprehensive, specialised and top quality advice anywhere in our country.”

Álvaro Moreno, partner and board member, highlighted: “The firm commitment of the German firm in the development of the entrusted project, based on the implementation of new technologies and artificial intelligence applied to the world of legal, tax and accounting advice, as tools to compete in the sector with large firms, giving the client an agile and immediate service, in a continuous search for excellence.”
