ETL boosts its German Desk with Januar merger
ETL Global, an international group providing professional tax, legal, and consulting advisory services to SMEs and the middle market in Spain and Europe, has integrated the firm Januar Associats Tax Legal. This move aims to support the group’s territorial expansion strategy in the Balearic Islands, particularly strengthening its German Desk team.
With this integration, ETL Global incorporates almost 30 professionals led by Januar’s founding partner and general manager Miguel Ángel Riera. Specifically, the team consists of five bilingual (German/Spanish) lawyers and more than 20 tax advisors, labor consultants, and administrative staff. The firm has seen significant growth among German-speaking clients not only in the Balearic Islands but also across other parts of Spain.
