Founded by Susana Enes and Pedro Cabral, the new law firm focuses on Commercial and Corporate Law, M&A, Litigation and Arbitration, Foreign Investment and Tax Law
Located in the centre of Lisbon, on Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, the new firm combines the experience of more than 20 years of its partners.
Susana Enes (pictured left) brings her experience of having worked on several large M&A operations and has relevant expertise in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law. She holds a degree in Law from The Catholic University of Portugal.
Pedro Cabral (pictured right) is known in the market for having conducted several arbitrations, at local and international levels, with experience in the resolution of complex commercial disputes, especially Corporate Litigation. He holds a degree in Law from The Catholic University of Portugal.
