Ejaso hires EY’s Raúl García as labour partner
Ejaso has reinforced its Labour Law department with the incorporation of Raúl García, until now a partner at EY Abogados, as partner, alongside Nicolás Chacón as principal associate and Laura Inigo as associate, both also coming from EY Abogados.
The arrival of the team brings additional strength to Ejaso’s Labour practice, both through their experience advising national and international companies on a recurring basis and their specialisation in complex matters linked to senior executive contracts, employment agreements, collective bargaining, corporate restructurings and Social Security. The team also has extensive experience advising on the labour aspects of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and business reorganisation processes, as well as on equality, sustainability and new regulatory requirements affecting labour relations.

The profile
Raúl García has more than 20 years of professional experience advising Spanish and foreign companies on all areas of Labour Law. Throughout his career he has worked at Spanish and international law firms, having been a partner at EY for the past 14 years. He combines his professional practice with academic activity as an associate professor at IE, where he also co-directs the Labour Relations Laboratory at the IE Benchmarking Club, a forum from which he actively contributes to the analysis of the main trends and challenges affecting labour relations management within organisations.
Joining him is Nicolás Chacón, a graduate in Law and Business Administration from Universidad San Pablo CEU, who has 15 years of experience advising companies on labour and Social Security matters. Completing the team is Laura Inigo, a Law graduate with a Master’s in International Legal Practice from ISDE, who has six years of experience in Labour Law and corporate advisory work.
