Ejaso advises Laboral Group and C10 on financing
Ejaso has advised Laboral Group and C10 on a corporate financing transaction with Tresmares Capital. The deal strengthens the financial capacity of both companies to pursue acquisitions and expand in the Spanish market.
The firm provided full legal support to Laboral Group and C10 throughout the process. This included reviewing and negotiating the financial and contractual documentation, structuring the transaction legally, and coordinating the steps needed for its formalization and execution.
