Ejaso acts for a gas station against CEPSA, fined with €2m

Ejaso ETL Global has acted for a gas station and has won the case against CEPSA, that has been fined with a €2m penalty by the Commercial court of Madrid for practices that violate Competition

As Iberian Lawyer could confirm, the court considers the duration of the gas station supply contract excessive, which is detrimental to the gas station owner.

The Court ruling is subject to appeal.
