King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has promoted Tax senior associate Pablo Tejerizo to partner

With over 15 years of experience, Tejerizo (pictured) advises on all Tax-related issues, including Corporate and individuals’ taxation as well as indirect, international and local.

Tejerizo has broad experience advising on M&A transactions, International Tax structures, investment vehicles and Private Equity deals. He also has a consolidated track record working with clients on Tax procedures such as Tax audits and Tax litigation.

Over the past few years, Pablo has advised numerous national and international KWM clients in complex Corporate deals, Mergers and Acquisitions.
