Eduardo Lucas rejoins TKL Abogados as partner

TKL Abogados has announced the return of Eduardo Lucas Calderón as a partner in its corporate law department. With over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and venture capital, Lucas is rejoining the firm after a successful tenure at Gold Abogados, whose founding partners Israel Gómez-Caro and Raúl Da Veiga, have just joined the ranks of Ontier (read here). He had previously been with TKL Abogados for six years.

Throughout his career, Lucas has advised companies, investment funds, and financial institutions both domestically and internationally. His expertise spans high-impact M&A transactions, and he has significant experience in the venture capital sector. Additionally, he has served as secretary in the boards of several companies.

Lucas holds a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a master’s in Business Legal Advisory from IE Business School. Prior to his time at TKL Abogados, he worked at prestigious international firms such as Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs) and DLA Piper.

With Lucas’ return, TKL Abogados strengthens its corporate law practice, further consolidating a growing team of three partners and eight lawyers.
