Ontier has incorporated the founding partners of Gold Abogados; Israel Gómez-Caro and Raúl Da Veiga, for its banking & finance and litigation and arbitration areas, respectively.

Israel Gómez-Caro
Israel Gómez-Caro has more than 25 years of experience advising financial institutions, debt funds and sponsors and is specialized in syndicated, structured (Project Finance) and corporate financing transactions and in refinancing transactions of projects in the energy, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors as well as in the structuring and negotiation of all transactional aspects related to energy projects both in the development phase and in the construction, operation and management phase (including PPAs and BPAs).
