Ecija advises on the new HBO series “Culiacanazo, herederos del narco”
Ecija has advised Par Producciones on the new HBO series “Culiacanazo, herederos del narco” which will unravel the serious events that occurred in October 2019 following the failed attempt to arrest one of the sons of the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel and the wave of violence that occurred in Culiacán and the security crisis that continues to affect thousands of people.
The firm has advised on all issues related to audiovisual production (service contracts, production contracts, exploitation contracts, distribution contracts, etc.), and in matters of Right to Information and Freedom of Expression, particularly in relation to possible collisions with the rights to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image.
