Deloitte Legal advises on the acquisition of a 25% stake in the capital of Grupo Pikolin
Deloitte Legal has advised Khemia, a firm specialized in taking minority stakes in leading family-owned companies with growth potential, in the acquisition of a 25% stake in the capital of Grupo Pikolin.
The incorporation of Khemia will improve the financial structure and positioning of Grupo Pikolin, both to lead the European market and to strengthen its market share in the emerging markets where the Group is present.
Deloitte’s support in this transaction has integrated legal, tax and financial capabilities, both in advising on the transaction and in the area of due diligence.
On the part of Deloitte Legal, the transaction has been led by the Corporate M&A team, composed of Ignacio Sanjurjo (partner), Carmen Muelas (senior associate) and Marc Castro García (associate), with the involvement of the tax team, led by Cristino Fayos Cobos (partner) and Borja Coghen (senior associate).
