BBVA Spark and MytripleA sign a €30 million financing agreement: advisors
BBVA Spark has signed a €30 million financing agreement with MytripleA, the alternative financing platform with working capital solutions for companies, to boost its growth and continue developing new products for customers and investors.
The fintech MytripleA has reached this agreement with BBVA after having managed to develop a successful business model with growth of over 50% and positive ebitda since 2021. Since it began operations in 2015, MytripleA has financed more than 4,000 companies for an amount of more than 550 million euros.
“For BBVA Spark it is important to support fintech companies like MytripleA that, thanks to the use of technology, have created a unique value proposition in alternative financing. With this agreement, together we support those companies that need this type of financing to develop their business and continue to grow,” says Miguel Ángel Alcalá, head of BBVA Spark in Spain.
MytripleA has more than 8,500 registered investors who have invested a total of 141 million euros in 2024. Its investors can invest from €50, obtaining an average annual return of 5% on secured loans and 8% on unsecured bills, according to data from the last year.
