DLA Piper has advised Amundi Real Estate on its acquisition of two office buildings in Madrid from BNP Paribas and Therus, with Pérez-Llorca advising the sellers
Amundi Real Estate, on behalf of the funds it manages, has acquired “Alcalá 544 and 546”, two office buildings with a total area of 30,000 sqm in Madrid, from BNP Paribas Immobilier Promotion IE and Therus Invest, as part of a Forward Purchase Agreement. Alcalá 544 and 546 will respectively develop rental areas on 10,000 sqm and 20,000 sqm on six levels, surrounded by gardens and terraces. The two buildings are expected to be LEED B+C Platinum-certified on completion.
Amundi Real Estate was advised by DLA Piper on Legal and Tax matters with a team led by Real Estate head partner Orson Alcocer (pictured top left), Real Estate associates Adolfo Navarrete, Fátima Rico-Villademoros and Alejandro Márquez, along with Tax partner Miguel Baz (pictured bottom left) and Tax legal director María Alonso.
