DLA Piper has advised Muzinich & Co, a global Asset Manager specialised in private debt, on the investment operation in Grupo Natac

pjimage 2021 07 28T111645.249Grupo Natac, the leading entity in the industry of natural ingredients of botanical origin and also owned by Inveready, continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position with the expansion of its facilities and the creation of new product lines.

DLA Piper advised on this operation with a multidisciplinary team from the Madrid and Luxembourg offices. The team was coordinated by Juan Gelabert (pictured left), partner of the Financing, Project and Restructuring department in Madrid, and has had the participation of Nerea Cemlyn-Jones (pictured centre), of counsel and Sara Espina Sánchez from the same department together with Enrique Chamorro (pictured right), partner of the Commercial team, Rocío García and Alejandra Castañeda, respectively senior associate and associate of the same department.
