DLA Piper advises Banco Sabadell on €31m PV financing
DLA Piper has advised Banco Sabadell on financing a new Forestalia photovoltaic plant in Zaragoza
Forestalia will start, after closing its financing, the construction of a 48.7 megawatt photovoltaic plant in San Mateo de Gállego (Zaragoza), whose investment amounts to more than €31 million. The Renewable Energy company has signed a “green” loan granted by Banco Sabadell in terms of project financing.
DLA Piper has advised Banco Sabadell on the operation with a team led by Finance, Projects & Restructuring partner Juan Gelabert (pictured left) and Energy partner Javier Santos (pictured right). Finance, Projects & Restructuring associates Felipe López and Daniel Danés, and Energy senior associate Carlos Daza have also participated in the team.
