DLA Piper acts for GTA on MTS Globe deal

DLA Piper advised travel company GTA on the acquisition of Spanish company MTS Globe’s hotel distribution, destination management services and IT businesses.

The businesses were sold by private investor Rembert Euling, who was advised by German law firm Raue, according to Mergermarket.

In 2015, MTS Globe´s sales totaled  €500 million.

According to the MTS Globe website, the company serves more than 4.5 million customers with 20 million “overnights” per year in more than 10,000 hotels.
