Dentons advises SACYR on €200m commercial paper renewal

Dentons has advised SACYR on the renewal of €200 million Euro Commercial Paper programme, in which Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander, BRED, Fidentiis and HAITONG (Spanish Branch), have participated as dealers

The programme has provided the issuer with liquidity and financial stability for the exploitation of potential business opportunities while consolidating the strength of its commitment to foreign debt.
