Dentons advises BWRE on €50m sale and purchase of five buildings in Madrid

Dentons has advised Bermejo & Williamson Real Estate on the €50 million sale and purchase of five buildings located in Madrid

pjimage 2022 03 31T183012.729Dentons Spain has advised BWRE (Bermejo & Williamson Real Estate), a real estate investment fund manager, on the purchase of five buildings located in Madrid, on Marqués de Mondejar street, from MMT Seguros.

The transaction, which has just closed, is worth almost 50 million euros and involves real estate assets of approximately 10,000 square meters.

BWRE is a real estate investment manager focused on innovation in the sector. Since its founding in 2012, they have developed a number of different business lines designed to capitalise on market inefficiencies and arbitrage opportunities in real estate.

The Dentons Real Estate team was led by partner Roberto Tojo (pictured left) with the collaboration of associates Francisco Jiménez (pictured right), Gumersindo Clemente and Francisco Bonilla.
