Dentons advises Banca March on Sacyr´s €350m note programme

Dentons Madrid has advised Banca March, S.A., as sole lead arranger, on the renewal of Sacyr´s €350 million promissory note programme

The programme has been registered with the Alternative Fixed Income Market. Together with Banca March, Banco de Sabadell, S.A. and Fidentiis Equities S.V., S.A. participated as dealers. It includes the possibility of issuing promissory notes guaranteed by the Official Credit Institute. With this renewal, Dentons has assisted Sacyr and its dealers in the renewal of all its debt programmes, both national and international, in the short, medium and long term.

Dentons’ team was led by Madrid office Capital Markets partner Ignacio Corujo (pictured), who directed and coordinated the transaction, together with counsel Luis Máiz and the support of junior associate Ana Artola, and trainee Álvaro Barturen.
