Deloitte Legal in the acquisition of Clinica Dental Cuevas Queipo de Llano
A consortium owned and organized by Advent comprising of Vitaldent, Moonz clinics and Smysecret has acquired Clinica Dental Cuevas Queipo de Llano, the Spain-based operator of dental clinics.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Deloitte Legal has advised Clinica Dental Cuevas Queipo de Llano with Gonzalo Castro, Eduardo Queipo de Llano (pictured left), Ignacio Echenagusia (pictured in the middle), Carmen Egea, Fernando Ruiz Linaza (pictured right), Marina Silva.
