Am Fresh Group, the Spain based engaged in combining innovation, advanced science and biotechnology to offer unprecedented solutions in the food industry has acquired 51% of Fruit X Asia Sdn, the Malaysia based fruit suppliers and distributers.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
