Deloitte Legal advises IPASA in its integration with the Monbake Group

Deloitte Legal has advised IPASA in its integration with the Monbake Group, led by CVC Capital Partners, a transaction that will allow IPASA to strengthen its production capacity, while boosting the commercial expansion of its products to new markets, reinforcing, on the other hand, the leading position of the Monbake Group in the frozen dough sector.

Both teams from the Legal and Transactions areas have participated in the transaction, working together within the framework of the End-to-End strategy on which the differential M&A service offered by Deloitte is based.
