Deloitte advises Norges Bank and Sonae Sierra JV
Deloitte Legal has advised the joint venture between Norges Bank Investment Management and Sonae Sierra on the acquisition of a shopping centre platform comprising eight assets, in one of the most significant real estate transactions completed in recent months.
The firm’s mandate combined tax and financial advisory services throughout the transaction process, including due diligence, support during negotiations and the execution of the sale and purchase agreement, as well as the design of the transaction’s tax structure.
The advice was delivered under Deloitte’s End-to-End M&A approach, which integrates multiple advisory capabilities to provide coordinated support across complex transactions.
