CMS Portugal advises Solyd on Alta de Lisboa deal
CMS Portugal advised Solyd Property Developers on the acquisition of a plot of land for construction located in Alta de Lisboa, within the scope of the Alto do Lumiar Urban Development Plan (PUAL), in the parish of Lumiar. The plot covers a total area of approximately 10,000 sqm and benefits from a municipal subdivision permit allowing the development of four independent buildings, comprising approximately 300 residential units together with retail and service amenities.
