CMS Portugal advises Sonepar on LCI Group deal
CMS Portugal has advised Sonepar, a family-owned French group active in the B2B distribution of electrical equipment, on the acquisition of 100% of the LCI Group, a Portuguese distributor of electrical equipment operating nationwide through three companies.
The LCI Group runs its operations through Tanqueluz, Futurluz and Vedrel, which together maintain 17 delegations across Portugal and employ approximately 200 people. Through the acquisition, Sonepar adds a nationwide distribution network to its existing operations in the country.
