Deloitte Legal Telles advises on Acail Gás sale
Deloitte Legal Telles has advised Grupo Acail on the sale of 100% of the share capital of Acail Gás to Grupo Linde. Acail Gás operates in the industrial and medicinal gases sector in both Portugal and Spain.
The transaction involved the sale of the entirety of Acail Gás’s share capital, a company active in the industrial and medicinal gases business across Portugal and Spain. Deloitte Legal Telles provided legal advice to Grupo Acail on the preparation and negotiation of the contractual documentation required to complete the transaction, as well as on the regulatory clearance process before the Portuguese Competition Authority (Autoridade da Concorrência, AdC).
