Cuatrecasas with Alpha Wave on Deudafix deal
Cuatrecasas has advised the investment firm Alpha Wave Global on the financing granted to Alantra for the acquisition of a majority stake in Deudafix, one of the operators in Spain of technology-based debt management solutions and other financial services aimed at individuals.
Under the transaction, Alantra acquires 75% of Deudafix, a move that will partially fund the development of the company’s business. Deudafix helps individuals recover financial stability through debt restructuring and complementary financial services.
