Cuatrecasas partner joins PRISA Radio´s Boad

Cuatrecasas M&A partner and former Barcelona office managing partner Miguel Trías has joined the Board of Directors of PRISA Radio, replacing Juan Pablo Tornos

The Godó Group, which holds two seats on the Board of Directors of Prisa Radio, has agreed to replace lawyer Juan Pablo Tornos with Miguel Trías, a Cuatrecasas M&A partner and the head of the Barcelona office until 2018, that will seat on the Board along with Carlos Godó on behalf of the Group.

Miguel Trías (pictured) has extensive experience in company Acquisitions, leveraged and management Buyouts, Mergers and spin-offs, take-over bids, Joint Ventures and other business cooperation agreements, as well as in Financing, Restructuring and liability-restructuring projects. He is a practicing lawyer since 1981, and was managing partner of the Barcelona office until 2018, which he joined in 2005 after developing his career at Jausas, Bufete & Asociados, Mazars and Landwell PwC.
