Cuatrecasas advises GTT on the acquisition of GADD
Cuatrecasas has advised the Spain-based tax consultancy firm, Gestion Tributaria Territorial (GTT), on the acquisition of GADD-Grupo Meana.
GADD is a global software solutions’ company that operates in several countries around the world. In Spain, its software can be found in public administrations and private companies in a large part of the country.
