Bird & Bird advises Henko Capital Partners on the acquisition of Revergy
Bird & Bird has advised Henko Capital Partners, a Spanish private equity firm, on the acquisition of Revergy, a specialized group in renewable energy, with the aim of giving continuity to its commitment to the growth of the wind and photovoltaic market at a global level and consolidating its position as a specialist in services in the sector.
The acquisition of Revergy represents the second investment by Henko Capital Partners in the energy sector.
The Bird & Bird team advising Henko Capital Partners was led by Santiago Lardiés (Of Counsel) and Julieta Bermúdez (Associate). Russell Bedford also advised Henko Capital Partners on this transaction.
Beel Infrastructure Partners and PwC have advised the sellers of Revergy.
