Cuatrecasas advises AIAC on the acquisition of MADES
The firm Sky One France, specialised in aircraft maintenance and parts, has acquired Malaga Aerospace Defense & Electronics Systems SAU (MADES) from American Industrial Acquisition Corp (AIAC). This acquisition was made through a subsidiary firm, Latecoere Aeroservices.
With more than 20 years of experience, MADES is an electronics manufacturing services’ provider focused on printed circuit boards for high reliability applications in the defence, commercial aviation and industrial markets. The firm operates from Malaga’s TechPark and employs around 100 people.
