CRS Advogados advises on Goldnutrition deal
CRS Advogados has acted as legal counsel to Reimar, a shareholder of Equanto, in connection with the acquisition of Eco-Nutracêuticos, the company that owns Goldnutrition, a brand active in the food supplementation and sports nutrition sector in Portugal.
The firm advised Reimar on all matters of Portuguese law related to the transaction, including the entry of Activecap into Equanto’s share capital. The scope of the advice covered several practice areas, namely corporate law, employment law and tax law.
