CMS Portugal advises Pestana on Porto Covo deal
CMS Portugal‘s real estate practice advised Grupo Pestana on the commercialisation of the Pestana Porto Covo Village I tourist development, located in Porto Covo, on Portugal’s Alentejo coast. The resort comprises 64 tourist accommodation units and is positioned in one of the region’s sought-after coastal destinations.
The firm’s legal support covered the commercialisation phase of the project, including the legal structuring of the transaction and ensuring the development’s compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to tourist resorts in Portugal.
