CMS counsels ATValor on its acquisition of JLL Group´s ECO valuation
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised ATValor on the acquisition of JLL Group’s valuation business, JJL Valoraciones and its ECO business
ATValor has announced the acquisition from JLL Spain of its subsidiary JLL Valoraciones with the ECO business in order to further strengthen its capabilities and position in the Spanish market.
The merger of ATValor with the ECO valuation business that JLL Valoraciones has developed in recent years will create a global and integrated real estate valuation, appraisal and consultancy company with a technically and financially strengthened profile.
The incorporation of the different multidisciplinary professional teams of JLL Valoraciones will be fully integrated into the current structure of the ATValor Group.

JLL Valoraciones has been part of the JLL Group since 2014 and has a successful track record behind it. It currently has 56 employees and offers its services to clients with similar and complementary profiles to those of ATValor.
